HP are Future Ready and future-proof

Promoting their commitment to innovation and sustainability, HP Benelux recently launched their new "Future Ready" campaign, a collaboration with Living Tomorrow to inspire their customers about work and life in 2030. The setting? The Living Tomorrow Innovation Campus.
But there’s no campaign without the team involved in it, right? Employees are the heartbeat of any successful organisation, so HP wanted to give their people a cool gift as a way of saying thanks.
And here’s where I came in. As one of the offical shooters at the event, it was up to me to capture some compelling corporate portraits. Not the stiff suits and posed smiles stuff, though; I prefer to show authentic personalities as well.
The idea was to give everybody one standard shot and one with a prop. They had a great idea for the background: instead of the usual plain wall you often see in corporate portraits, we used the green moss wall in the lobby of the building. With a little splash of light from my flash hidden behind each person for some extra depth.
The photos are a great gift to the team: they’re a mood booster, a souvenir from the event. Plus, now they’ve all got new, up-to-date, high quality photos to use on their LinkedIn and other social profiles.

Recruitment magnetism: talent is king and portraits like these give a glimpse in to the company culture.
The great thing about images like this is that not only do they work for each person, but also for the company - they’re perfect to illustrate an article, or a press release. Or as the hero shot for a campaign!
